Long post alert. When the world stopped in 2020 we had to adapt to our new environment. We created a summer shack menu featuring some classic BBQ hits including 1/4 pound hotdogs, lobster rolls, Chx salad sandwiches, etc. this year to ensure that our quality can stay to par with what we expect we are bringing it back. Indoors and outdoors. And yes were building the Parkio again. But don’t worry, the big hit classics that we have aren’t going anywhere. It’s going to be a blend of some new with some old.
